1. Check that it's Published --> Go to Storylines and if the dot next to the name is grey, it's Unpublished.

To Fix: Go into the Storyline, and click Publish in the top right

2. Check the URL is correct --> We now provide the option that the URL does not have to match the Page Name

To Fix: Go into the Storyline, click the Gear icon in the top right, and review the Storyline Name and Storyline URL values

3. Check the subdomain for special characters --> For example our system doesn't like when a Storyline uses an apostrophe in the name (e.g. Mary's Mochi).

To Fix: Rename without apostrophe (e.g. Marys Mochi)
