Update Payment Information

For our Premium, Business, and Enterprise accounts

1. Login to the app, click your name in the top right corner, go to Settings

2. On the left nav, click Payments, then select Edit Payment Method

3. A new window will open up. Select Add Payment Method (yellow arrow). Input your card, click Add.

Note: If there is an existing card on file, first add the new card,. Then, go to the previous card, click the three dots next to it and select Delete (red arrow).

4. Under Billing information, you can click Update Information to change the email and billing address.

5. When you are done, close out of that window. Back in the Payments area, it should refresh with your new billing information.
