If you would like to redeem a discount using a valid coupon code please follow the below steps upon signup.
Choose your plan
You can upgrade from a few places within the platform. If you're currently on a free plan, you'll see an "upgrade" button in the top navigation bar.
If you are modifying an existing plan you can go to Team Settings > Billing to manage your plan.
A popup will appear with plan options. You can choose to pay monthly or annually by clicking the toggle button above the plans. Choose your plan and payment cycle and move on to the next step.
Adding your coupon
Once you select your plan, a popup will appear where you can enter payment details. You can click either the "details" link top right of the page, or the "add code" button below the plan information. Both highlighted below.
In the "add promotion code" input field, please add your coupon code and click apply. If you have entered a valid coupon, you'll see the new total including your discount.
Fill in the rest of your payment information (email, billing address, payment method) in order to complete the process. Upon submitting, you'll be prompted to close the window and your account will take a moment to update with the new plan.
