Digiphy makes it easy to manage all of your QR codes, and the pages the link to whether inside or outside of our system. Our QR codes are dynamic so you can change where they point to any time, change up the design and get analytics for each scan.

Here's a quick intro to managing your QR codes.

QR Code Management Page

Here you can see all the QR codes listed in your account. You will see some high level info about each in the QR card. You can also download an svg or png file by rolling over the cloud / download icon.

Click the "New QR Code" button to make a new one.

Click on an already created code to open up the settings panel.

*Growth plans and above will unlock Folders to help organize large amounts of codes

QR Settings Panel

Inside QR settings you will see:

Active toggle: This lets you enable or disable any code. If you have exceeded the amount of codes allowed on your plan, you can either upgrade or toggle off the "active" status so it won't count toward your total codes used.

QR code name: Helps you identify the purpose of this code. It can be changed any time. This name will also be the filename when it's downloaded.
โ€‹
โ€‹Short URL: Each QR code has a unique short url and ID. This is what makes each code dynamic and allows for tracking and redirecting. You can enter this in your browser to mimic the act of scanning.

QR code link to (redirect link): The final URL that will be shown after the scan. You can enter any URL like your website or social channels.. or a Storyline page. The Storyline option will display a pulldown list of any pages inside your Digiphy account.

Edit design: Clicking this button underneath the preview of your QR code will open the design settings.

Design Settings

Inside design settings you can choose from a variety of options to make the final design look like your brand. Depending on your chosen plan some of these may be available upon upgrading.

Some of the options inside include:

  • Foreground / background color (and gradient)

  • Image / icon uploaded to center of the code

  • Shape, the outside shape of your code

  • Patterns, the shape of the inside details of the code

  • Eye shape border and fill

  • Frame, outside border of the design

  • Call to action, the text that prompts your customer to scan

  • Font settings for the call to action

Unlinked QR Codes

It's possible to create QR codes that don't link anywhere. Sometimes this will be intentional, for example you need a code created but don't know where to send it yet. There's nothing wrong with this. In other cases this can be accidental.

For this reason, we've created an "Unlinked" folder where you can easily see if any codes in your account don't have a destination. Simply open the settings and choose a destination when you're ready. They will be moved out of this folder back to "All QR codes" when a destination has been saved.

Archived QR Codes

Any QR code can be archived but not deleted permanently. This is intentional. We recognize QR codes get printed in the real world, and sometimes printed can be an expensive investment both time and money.

If a code is accidentally deleted in our system that printed code would no longer work. For this reason, any archived code can be brought back.

Simply rollover the three dots icon far right, and click the "restore" button.
