How to move up from our free tier to any of our Paid plans

With one of our paid plans, you'll have access to:

  • More QR codes and Storylines

  • Partner integrations for email capture and retargeting

  • Advanced analytics

  • Removing Digiphy branding from QR codes and/or Storylines

  • Creative services

  • Customer success support and strategy

How to Upgrade

1. Login to app.digiphy.it. In the top right corner, click on the Upgrade button that is next to the green circle (big arrow). Note: You can also select Plans from the dropdown (small arrow).

2. This will bring up the Upgrade plan overlay, showcasing your four options.

If you click 'Compare features' in the bottom right corner, you'll be taken to the Subscriptions page, with more detailed information: https://app.digiphy.it/subscriptions

3. Select payment terms of either Monthly or Annually from the toggle. Now click on your chosen plan: Starter, Growth, Premium, or Enterprise.

Note: Selecting Enterprise will prompt a meeting request with our CEO to have a more in-depth conversation.

4. After you click, a new browser window will open. This is our Stripe checkout page. Input your email, credit card information, and phone number. Click Subscribe.

5. This window will close, and when you return back to the Billing page, it should look different from before.
