Invite Users
Click on your initials in the top right and select Team Settings. Note: In the below example of our Demo account, our team name is 'Storyline'.
On the left navigation, select Members, and you'll see something similar to the below image. Click the 'Invite' button and a box will open up:
Enter their email and select one of the user permission options from the dropdown:
Viewer: User will be able to see Storylines, QR Codes, and Analytics, but cannot create anything
Editor: User will be able to create Storylines and QR codes, but are unable to make administrative changes
Admin: Full access to the platform
You have the option to invite multiple users at once by clicking the + button.
Once you click 'Send invite', they will receive an email from hello@digiphy.it and prompted to Accept Invitation.
Once they accept, they will appear in the Members list.
Adjust Permissions or Removing User
Edit permissions: Select a new item in the drop down, and it will update automatically.
Remove: Select the three dots next to their name and pick Remove.
